Professional Experience ::
Since September 2002 I have been a Member of Asset Valuation Services CC. In this role I undertake the valuation of commercial, industrial, retail and residential properties. This is primarily done for sale, acquisition, listing, insurance and mortgage purposes. I also undertake large portfolio valuations for clients which have included Prima Property Trust Limited, ApexHi Limited, Obaro, African Bank, Imperial Properties, Ubunono Properties, Equity Estates, African Life Assurance, The Australian Government and The United States Department of State, to name but a few.
Prior to forming Asset Valuation Services I was with CB Richard Ellis (Pty.) Ltd. in their Johannesburg office, joining them in 1995 as a Senior Valuer. Promoted in 1998 to Alternate Director and Director in
1999.
During my valuation career spanning 35 years I have also held the following positions:

Valuer – JH Isaacs (Pty) Ltd.
Property Co-ordinator – Southern Life Association
Building Inspector / Property Valuer – United Building Society
Prior to embarking on a career in property valuation I was employed in the Construction Industry starting off my working life with LTA Construction and finishing off nine years in the industry in partnership with my Father in a construction company J.Rimbault Builders.
Professional Affiliations
Gained registration as a Valuer without restriction by examination set by the South African Council for Valuers in February 1984. Elevated to Professional Valuer without Restriction in February 1998.
