What Is Involved In Having Your Property Valued?
Once you have instructed us to proceed with a valuation, a registered professional valuer will liaise with you to carry out a survey of the Property. We will research the market pertaining to your particular property and consult with the relevant Deeds Office and Local authority as to the Town Planning Requirements and Deed Restrictions (if any) relating to the property. We will then prepare a motivated report outlining the property and its current and/or highest and best use indicating the value thereof. This usually takes between three to seven working days from date of instruction, depending on the complexity of the valuation.
